She is also the creator of BeyondWeightNow, a lifestyle weight loss program, www.beyondweightnow.com and www.suzycarroll.com dedicated to inspiring a nation to health!

-- Barbara's background in employee medical insurance, benefits and health and fitness programs, taught her how important it is to take responsibility for your own health. She holds a masters degree in counseling and is very knowledgable about health and aging healthy.

-- Sandy is passionate about health and holds a masters degree in holistic health education. She's a wealth of information and knows many of Jefferson County's Natural practioners, making her an excellent resource for health inside and outside the store.

-- Although Tom isn't directly involved in the store, he provides support in many ways. From helping with maintenance jobs to patiently putting up with having his face used to test products on, and accepting the handfuls of vitamins given to him daily without asking a question.

-- Brad, along with his job coach, keeps our store tidy and clean. He comes to us through Skookum. A program dedicated to finding employment for those with disabilities. He has been keeping Uptown Nutrition dust free for over two years!

-- Stephanie brings years of experience in the Health Food and Nutrition industry to Uptown Nutrition. Stephanie works hard to assure that all products meet the high standards we have at Uptown Nutrition. Stephanie is recent graduate of Peninsula College's Massage Therapy program. Her ultimate goal is to become a Naturopath Doctor.

Amy
-- Amy is a Certified horticulturist and working on her Holistic Health Practitioner certification. Jefferson County residents may know Amy from Gardens at Four Corners where she has worked for years (and will continue to do so). Amy will work avery part time during the summer, with hours increasing as planting season subsides.
